Please read carefully: Price for the Servsafe Course and Exam includes one day course instruction, free study guide and practice test and ServSafe exam. Attendees will have the option to select to do their exam online or on paper. If you choose the online option, you will be able to view your score immediately. If you pass with a 70% or more, you'll be able to print your certification same day. If you choose to take your exam on paper, please allow 5-7 days for results.
Payments are non-refundable, only transferable. If you cannot attend the class, you can transfer to someone else or you can select to attend a future class, If you opt to attend a future in person class, you must do so within 3 months of your original class date.

Known for her strategic vision and hands-on approach, she has spearheaded large scale food safety initiatives, streamlined operational processes, and driven transformative improvements in food safety culture. Sherica's ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster strategic partnerships has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, including enhanced food safety compliance, risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Immunology & Infectious Diseases and Toxicology from The Pennsylvania State University. Her certifications include Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS), Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), HACCP Certification, ServSafe Instructor & Proctor credentials, and SQF Auditor accreditation.
